We only use recycled plastic in our collection tins.
We no longer support balloon releases due to environmental concerns.
We do not send out begging letters to the general public.
None of the trustees and members are paid or receive any financial gain.
There are no expensive company cars, in fact there are no charity vehicles to run.
We do not support harassment tactics by shaking collection tins, sending letters to pensioners asking for money, buying or selling peoples details for mail outs, targeting vulnerable people, etc. If you see anyone representing our charity making anyone feel uncomfortable, please report them to us immediately.
We do not leave collection bags on people’s door steps asking for donations.
There is no CEO with massive bonuses, in face there are no paid staff at all. The charity is run purely on volunteer basis.
We have very little over heads as we have no offices to maintain or charity shops.
Every single penny raised for our charity goes towards our cause!
